1. The 2010 figures only have been restated to reflect the changes in joint venture accounting, applied as from January 1, 2011. Joint ventures are now accounted for using the equity method instead of the proportionate method.
2. Following the implementation of the new organization (Horizon), an amount of EUR 272 million of sales was transferred from the Chemicals Sector to the Plastics Sector in the figures of the year 2010, without any impact on the results.
3. After adjustments for the harmonization of Solvay's and Rhodia's accounting rules.
